Strategic Asset Acquisition: Transitioning a Pioneer Development Project to Global Enterprise Operators
What we have built, what we hold, and why we are opening the floor to operators, airlines and infrastructure consortiums for acquisition of robotaxi.tokyo and the evtol city portfolio.
This is the direct post. No thesis-building, no market framing beyond what is necessary. Here is what we are, what we have made, what we hold, and what we are inviting.
Who we are
An independent, self-funded development team. We are not an operator, we own no vehicles or aircraft, and we have no intention of acquiring any. We took a position that the durable value in the autonomous ground and aerial transition sits in the demand layer — booking, routing, concierge and category authority — and we have been building toward that position rather than writing about it.
What we hold
• robotaxi.tokyo — exact-match category namespace for the world's largest metropolitan robotaxi market.
• evtol.london — the UK Advanced Air Mobility category namespace, in a market with active airline-manufacturer commercial frameworks.
• evtol.sydney — the Australian AAM namespace, against a metro reshaped by a second international airport.
• evtol.osaka — the Kansai namespace, in the most institutionally coordinated AAM region in Asia.
One of each, permanently. These are not reproducible assets.
What has been built
• A production multilingual content and authority platform on robotaxi.tokyo, with English and Japanese locale routing, per-locale canonicals and structured data, and a substantial editorial catalogue targeting the category's core and long-tail search intent.
• A modular market-configuration architecture designed to serve all four assets from one framework.
• Booking and itinerary domain models covering operator-agnostic inventory, slot-aware aerial capacity, multi-party settlement and disruption fallback.
• An AI concierge routing design that treats the itinerary, not the leg, as the primary object.
• A working lead-capture and NDA intake funnel already producing inbound strategic conversations.
What has not been built
No live public bookings. No signed operator or vertiport agreements. No revenue. We state this in every post because credibility with institutional buyers is worth more than a flattering summary, and because the value here is a position and a framework — not a going concern.
Who this is for
• Autonomous fleet and eVTOL operators needing a neutral consumer-facing front door.
• Airlines extending the passenger journey past the terminal.
• Travel and hospitality platforms wanting the mobility layer under their existing demand.
• Municipal and infrastructure consortiums securing the digital namespace alongside physical vertiport investment.
• Funds backing any of the above, where a seed partnership makes more sense than an outright purchase.
How to open the conversation
Assets are available individually or as the coordinated four-market set, with or without the software framework and editorial catalogue. Structures we will consider: outright acquisition, staged acquisition with a build-out mandate, or seed investment with the team retained.
Every inquiry is reviewed personally. Use the strategic inquiry funnel on the homepage for a mutual NDA and the full brief, or email andrew.mc@nousdomains.com directly. Transfers are handled through escrow and authenticated domain routing channels.
